We’ve been absolutely spoiled with sparkly splendor this week, everybody! Enjoy, and be sure to vote for your favorites in the poll!

10. Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel of Sweden have been in South America this week. On Monday in Lima, she wore a lovely dragonfly brooch.

9. Back in Sweden on Sunday, Queen Silvia wore a golden brooch for a meeting with President Rousseff of Brazil.

8. Queen Margrethe and Prince Henrik of Denmark are currently on a state visit to Indonesia. Margrethe wore a gold brooch and earrings for their arrival on Wednesday.

7. On Thursday, Margrethe wore an intriguing combination of jewels: a small brooch set with diamonds and rubies, earrings with red drops, and a pearl necklace.

6. At the welcome ceremony for the President and First Lady of China on Tuesday, the Duchess of Cornwall wore a familiar pearl choker necklace and pearl earrings with her pair of diamond clover brooches.

5. Queen Letizia of Spain selected her di Grisogono black diamond earrings for Thursday’s Princess of Asturias Awards event.

4. Queen Elizabeth II wore her diamond and ruby spray brooch at the welcome ceremony for the Chinese presidential party on Tuesday.

3. The Queen debuted a new brooch at Thursday’s farewell ceremony for the Chinese President and First Lady: a golden brooch set with three emeralds from the collection of the late Queen Mother.

2. The Norwegian royal ladies brought out their bling on Thursday evening for the annual parliamentary dinner. Queen Sonja donned the full version of Queen Maud’s Pearl Tiara and Queen Maud’s pearl and diamond brooch; Crown Princess Mette-Marit wore her wedding tiara; and Princess Astrid wore her diamond aigrette. It’s been a seriously jewel-heavy week — enjoy the sparkle, and register your vote for the best pieces in the poll below!
10. At the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam on Tuesday, Queen Maxima of the Netherlands wore the pair of jeweled tassel earrings that she’s worn several times recently; she also wore them during the inauguration ceremonies in 2013.

9. Princess Madeleine of Sweden wore diamond and pearl drop earrings on Sunday for the christening of her son, Prince Nicolas.

8. At the christening, Crown Princess Victoria wore the diamond drop earrings from Queen Josefina’s stomacher.

7. Queen Silvia wore pearls at her grandson’s christening — the same week we learned that she’s due to welcome not one but two more grandchildren in 2016! More from the christening in our post from the event over here.

6. Queen Sonja of Norway visited London on October 8, wearing a silver statement necklace with a coordinating bracelet and earrings.

5. The Duchess of Cornwall presented the Man Booker Prize for Fiction on Tuesday; she wore her diamond-encrusted Van Cleef and Arpels Alhambra earrings for the event.

4. Queen Elizabeth II wore her pearl trefoil brooch when she opened a veterinary school in Guildford on Thursday.

3. Queen Letizia of Spain celebrated her country’s national day on Monday, wearing her Bulgari aquamarine and diamond earrings at the annual military parade.

2. During the Belgian state visit to Poland, Queen Mathilde wore diamond and pearl earrings with a diamond brooch in Warsaw. She also wore Queen Fabiola’s Tunisian earrings during the visit.

1. Queen Mathilde thrilled royal jewel watchers by wearing Queen Fabiola’s Wolfers Tiara at the state banquet on Tuesday, pairing it with Fabiola’s pearl and diamond earrings and her own laurel wreath necklace. More over here!

We’ve got royal earrings and necklaces galore this week — be sure to vote for your favorites in the poll below!
10. On Monday, Princess Sofia of Sweden wore small diamond earrings, her engagement and wedding rings, and a Project Playground bracelet at the start of a two-day trip to her hometown, Dalarna. The pin she has affixed to her lapel is a small gold Dala horse, an icon of Dalarna and of Sweden in general. (Trivia: I put one on my Christmas tree every year!)

9. Queen Letizia of Spain wore her Tous pearl drop earrings at a journalism awards ceremony on Tuesday.

8. At Ascot Racecourse on Friday, the Countess of Wessex wore pearl cluster earrings by Dior.

7. Infanta Elena of Spain wore a brightly colored necklace and matching earrings in shades of blue and green in Seville on Monday.

6. Queen Maxima of the Netherlands also chose blue-toned beads on Monday, this time for a meeting with President Kagame of Rwanda.

5. For a luncheon on Tuesday with President Erdogan of Turkey, Queen Mathilde of the Belgians wore diamond earrings.

4. On Friday, Queen Sofia of Spain wore a black and white statement necklace and a glittering sunflower pin for the annual Red Cross fundraiser in Madrid.

3. Princess Anne of Bourbon-Two Sicilies, Dowager Duchess of Calabria (born Princess Anne of Orleans) was the picture of elegance in pearls as she greeted well-wishers on Wednesday following the death of her husband, Infante Carlos. He was a cousin of the reigning Spanish royals; his father, Infante Alfonso, was a grandson of King Alfonso XII of Spain. Carlos and his family follow the descendants of King Juan Carlos and Queen Sofia in the line of succession to the Spanish throne. (Both of Juan Carlos’s sisters renounced their succession rights when they married.)

2. At the start of a state visit to Lithuania on Wednesday, Queen Silvia of Sweden wore pearls (including Princess Sibylla’s pearl necklace) to sign a guest book.

1. My top spot of the week goes to Princess Beatrix of the Netherlands. She glittered in diamonds — including the family’s floral bracelet, which some have speculated was a gift from the Sultan of Brunei — during a visit to Boston, where she attended an exhibit of paintings by Rembrandt and Vermeer.
