1. The Norwegian royal family hosted a reception full of tiaras on Thursday evening, and they get my collective top vote of the week. 9. On Tuesday, Queen Mathilde of the Belgians wore earrings with pale pink gemstone drops and her lovely sapphire and diamond ring for a visit with students at the Spermalie Hotel and Tourism School.
