The Norwegian royal family led the country in celebrating National Day on Tuesday. Crown Prince Haakon, Crown Princess Mette-Marit, Princess Ingrid Alexandra, and Prince Sverre Magnus kicked off the celebrations in Asker.

Later in the day, the family joined King Harald V and Queen Sonja in Oslo for the traditional balcony appearance. The change of venue also led to an outfit change for Crown Prince Haakon and Crown Princess Mette-Marit.
