The Duchess of Cambridge was out on the town on Tuesday evening, attending the annual fundraising gala at the National Portrait Gallery in London.

Kate is the organization’s patron, and she was there to help bring attention to a new project: “Coming Home,” which will make it possible for portraits of iconic individuals to return to places that are special to them for a loan period of over three years. Pretty cool, right? Even better — she wore new earrings for the event!

Here’s a closer look. The earrings come from one of Kate’s favorite firms, Kiki McDonough. Royal reporter Rebecca English tweeted that the earrings are from the company’s “Candy” range and are set with pink tourmaline, green amethyst, and diamonds. They’re special edition, so they’re not available to buy online, but they retail for £8,900.

Kate’s other jewelry for the evening was limited to her trio of rings: the sapphire and diamond engagement ring, the gold wedding ring, and the diamond eternity band.

She wore her jewels with a green lace gown from Temperley London — here’s a better look at the entire ensemble, taken during a tour with National Portrait Gallery Director Nicholas Cullinan.
