The Tiarapedia, the original digital encyclopedia of tiaras, continues to expand, this time with a brand-new section devoted to Princess Benedikte’s branch of the Danish royal family!

The Tiarapedia began in 2008 as a project devoted to collection provenance and wearer information for royal tiaras from around the world. A decade later, I’ve been spending months updating and expanding the project here, with brand-new images and information.

Today, we’re debuting the updated section on the tiaras of the Sayn-Wittgenstein-Berleburg family, who now possess numerous royal tiaras thanks to the late Prince Richard’s marriage to Princess Benedikte of Denmark. From incredible royal heirlooms to innovative modern sparklers, their tiara collection is small but mighty.
