Queen Maxima of the Netherlands made a visit to the Dordrechts Museum this Saturday, and she gave us lots of sparkling daytime jewels to marvel at.

Maxima was in Dordrecht for the opening of “Royal Paradise – Aert Schulman and the Imagination of Nature.” Above, she poses with a panel of wallpaper from Palace Huis ten Bosch at the exhibition.

The earrings Maxima wore will be familiar to those who read our recent countdown of Crown Princess Mary of Denmark’s jewelry. Like many of Mary’s earrings, this pair is from Ole Lynggaard Copenhagen.

Maxima also wore a feather brooch made of gold and diamonds at the waist of her dress. You can see two angled perspectives of the brooch above.

On her right wrist, Maxima wore three bracelets: her diamond wedding bracelet, the gold and cabochon gemstone bracelet inscribed with her family’s names, and a bracelet made of blue gemstones.

Maxima also wore a large ring on her right hand, set with blue and green gemstones. Perhaps blue topaz and peridot?

Here’s a look at Maxima’s entire ensemble for the engagement.

She also took time to pose with some of the gathered crowd. I love that she always, always looks like she’s enjoying herself.
