This Week in Royal Jewels: May 17-23

20. The Countess of Wessex wore pearly pendant earrings on Wednesday for the Duke of Edinburgh Gold Award presentations at Buckingham Palace.

19. For Tuesday’s lunch at the Royal Palace in Brussels for the jury members of the Queen Elisabeth Competition for Violin, Queen Mathilde of the Belgians donned gold earrings and a large gold cuff bracelet.

18. Diamond Plume de Chanel earrings were Queen Letizia of Spain’s accessory of choice for a presentation at the the World Health Assembly in Geneva on Monday.

17. For Lady Gabriella Windsor’s wedding on Saturday, Princess Beatrice of York wore sparkling drop earrings with golden bracelets, including a Cartier Juste un Clou bangle. (See another view of the bracelet from Monday’s Chelsea Flower Show appearance.)

16. Crown Princess Mary of Denmark sparkled in gorgeous earrings with a coordinating bracelet and ring for a banquet at the prime minister’s official residence in Seoul on Monday.

15. On Tuesday, the Duchess of Cornwall wore her diamond and sapphire dragonfly brooches for a visit to the Avoca Mill in County Wicklow, Ireland.

14. At the start of this week’s visit to Germany, Queen Maxima of the Netherlands paired quatrefoil earrings with bracelets and her diamond and ruby ring. (More jewels from the visit here!)

13. On Wednesday in Potsdam, Maxima wore sparkling hoops and diamond bracelets for a visit to Sanssouci.  (More here!)

11. The Duchess of Cambridge wore the pearl drop earrings that belonged to her late mother-in-law for a garden party at Buckingham Palace on Tuesday. (She also wore pearl earrings on Monday for the press day preview of the Chelsea Flower Show!)

9. The Duchess of Gloucester chose pearls and her gorgeous Art Deco circle brooches for the visit to the Chelsea Flower Show. (She also wore intriguing jewels for Saturday’s wedding.)

8. For a dinner to celebrate UK/Ireland relations at Glencairn in Dublin on Monday, Camilla wore diamond Magic Alhambra earrings from her extensive collection of Van Cleef and Arpels jewels.

7. Queen Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom chose her lens-shaped diamond and pearl brooch for her visit to a pop-up Sainsbury’s store in London on Wednesday.

6. For Lady Gabriella Windsor’s wedding on Saturday, the Queen reached for one of her late mother’s jewels: the Palm Leaf Brooch. (More from the wedding here!)

5. At the Chelsea Flower Show preview, Queen Elizabeth II wore one of her most important diamond brooches: the Flame Lily Brooch. (More from the flower show visit here!)

4. Queen Mary’s Diamond and Turquoise Brooch accompanied the Queen to the headquarters of British Airways in Heathrow on Thursday.

3. The Queen made her second appearance in the Sapphire Jubilee Snowflake Brooch during Tuesday’s garden party at Buckingham Palace. (More on the brooch here!)

2. For her surprise wedding to Count Michael Ahlefeldt-Laurvig-Bille on Saturday, Princess Alexandra of Sayn-Wittgenstein-Berleburg wore a diamond floral tiara that belongs to the groom’s family.
