This Week in (Evening) Royal Jewels: March 24-30

10. The Duchess of Cambridge wore new statement earrings from Kiki McDonough at the National Portrait Gallery in London on Tuesday evening. (Close-ups and more info over here!)

9. Crown Princess Mary of Denmark donned amethyst briolette drop earrings for the return dinner hosted by King Philippe and Queen Mathilde on the second day of the Belgian state visit to Denmark. (More over here!)

8. Queen Maxima of the Netherlands glittered in the family’s diamond and sapphire bow brooch at a ballet performance in The Hague on the second evening of the state visit from Argentina.

7. Queen Mathilde’s diamond fringe earrings and ruby bracelet (a legacy from Queen Fabiola) stole the show at Wednesday’s return dinner in Copenhagen. Also, honorable mention to Queen Margrethe’s barely-seen sapphires! (Much more over here!)

6. Princess Marie of Denmark wore familiar jewels, including Princess Dagmar’s Floral Tiara, for the Belgian state banquet on Tuesday evening. (See it sparkle in motion over here!)

5. At the Argentine state banquet on Monday evening, Princess Beatrix of the Netherlands wore the family’s Antique Pearl Tiara. (More over here!)

4. Queen Margrethe chose one of her favorite sets of jewelry, the married pearl parure, for the Belgian state banquet. (See it move and sparkle over here!)

3. The divine Danish Ruby Parure was Crown Princess Mary’s choice for the Belgian state banquet. (See it glittering in action over here!)

2. Although it was perched a little precariously on her head, the Nine Provinces Tiara was a sparkling showstopper on Queen Mathilde at Tuesday’s state banquet. Bonus? A new brooch! (See the tiara glittering like you wouldn’t believe over here!)

1. Queen Maxima stunned everyone by wearing the House Diamond Necklace (hidden in the vaults for more than 40 years!) with the Dutch Diamond Bandeau and other family diamonds at Monday’s Argentine state banquet. (Much more over here!)
