The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge attended the 70th annual British Academy Film Awards in London on Sunday evening, and Kate made a major statement with her choice of accessories.

Kate wore large statement earrings, which appear to be set with a large pale pink gemstone. No word yet on any of the specifics about the pair, including the name of the designer or the materials used.

The earrings have been in Kate’s collection for several years. In 2011, she wore them at a charity fundraising gala at St. James’s Palace. As you can see in the photo above, the earrings were mostly hidden by her hair in this previous appearance.

Kate also wore the Edinburgh Wedding Gift Bracelet, which is on loan to her from her grandmother-in-law, Queen Elizabeth II.
